Hello,
I have an issue on the constant prices under the sources of financing bar inside the plant data menu. The Constant prices does not show the number that appeared like on the tutorial. Also, I cannot make any edits on the variable as well as I assume the number is automatically show up.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Many thanks for reaching out with this issue, just checking what the financing mix is in your “Investments”, as FINPLAN will be pulling the constant prices based on the volumes defined for each currency on this tab:
The loan facilities will need to be defined for each currency, and you should be able to switch between these using the drop down on the top left of the “Sources of Financing” section:

I just had another issue almost on the similar thing that I had before. I use new data set and notice a different result that it supposed to be. I’ve been tracing out every single step that I follow the guideline and could not found the incorrect one.
The issue is the starting year for inflation should be on 2016 not 2017. Would you mind to show me on which step that I missed the input data?

Hi Faraj,
Thanks for the response, The screenshot you have included are for the Investment Costs, and their distribution across the construction time as defined in your Plant Data Sheet. Inflation will be applied to your CAPEX to escalate it based on the inflation rate (either constant or yearly data) that was defined in the General Data > Inflation Information sheet.
You may want to double check that the “General Data> General Information > Start Year” value is equal to the “Plant Data > First Operation Year” minus the “Plant Data > Construction Period”
