Dear Tefsu, could you try to install additional components and run installation of FINPLAN as administrator. **1. Installation of additional components** Please go to the link: [https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/downloads/#microsoft-visual-c-redistributable-for-visual-studio-2019](https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/downloads/#microsoft-visual-c-redistributable-for-visual-studio-2019), then download the x64 or x86 version of **Microsoft VIsual C++ Redistributable for VIsual Studio 2022 (Section Other Tools, Frameworks and Redistributables)** depending on your computer. ![image.png](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/loughborough/original/1X/d5c74112929a508e3814cad03306d591f914b24d.png) **2. Run installation of FINPLAN as administrator on the PC** If a problem still exists please let me know when you have time to organise an online meeting to check it. Best regards, Sulejman Hasanović
