# Installing the user interface (UI)

When I try to download from the link provided. It starts downloading and gives me the message Could not download - Network Issue. And when I Press Resume to continue downloading it displays Could not download - No permission. So I cannot Download the .exe installation file (named osemosys.3.3.0). I need your help
