Mustafa is absolutely right. With OnSSET, physical training is the best way to learn. Alternatively, delivering the online training in real-time (using zoom or Microsoft teams) might provide a better option.

Hi everyone,
You are correct in that there is no perfect substitute to in-person training but online alternatives have other advantages such as wider reach to those who cannot afford to travel.
Have a look at this: http://indico.ictp.it/event/9549/ - it includes the online training Nandi has posted, but also has a live online training session with instructors after completing the online course in your own time.
It is free, but is very competitive to attend and requires an application.
Additionally, to apply you will have to demonstrate:
- That the output of your study (which will include a policy note) is in demand by the government that you represent; or
- That the skills, tools, and teaching material that you acquire will be used in university teaching or government planning knowledge management; or
- That the output will fit into policy-relevant research to be published in a visible platform.
Doing this would require a significant dedication of time and self-discipline to complete.
Otherwise, the online course itself without live online training can be completed whenever one chooses and at their own pace.
