Amit Kanudia is the founder and director of KanORS-EMR, with more than 30 years of experience in energy system modeling. He is the co-developer of the TIMES energy modeling framework and creator of the Veda ecosystem — the data and scenario management environment used in over 40 countries for national energy planning and long-term decarbonization analysis. Amit has led the development of large-scale models such as TIAM-World, PET Europe, and the International Electricity Market Module (IEMM) of WEPS+ for the U.S. EIA, and more recently the KiNESYS framework.
