This year, The EnAccess Foundation and WRI Polsky Center for the Global Energy Transition are joining forces with Carnegie Mellon University Africa to host OSEAS in Rwanda, building on the momentum of the two editions in Nigeria and Kenya.
OSEAS has grown into a 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 advancing open, inclusive, and state-of-the-art approaches to energy transitions, from planning and finance to implementation and operations.
