I have tried to do the first exercise in the software, everything appeared fine. However, when I run it, this appears and I don’t know what is happening?

Hi Elizabeth,

I can’t seem to find any issues when comparing you data file to mine. Is there any chnace you can send the zip file of the model, so i can view it in the OSeMOSYS User Interface?

Hi,

For some reason, i cannot upload the model to OSeMOSYS. What version of the OSeMOSYS are you using (3.3 or newer? will say in top left corner or on app name). This may not be relevant, i am just curious to see as it could be. As well as this, when i download it says the file is dangerous, so not sure if there is an issue with the file.

Maybe try copying the model in the user interface and run it again, this has sometimes resolved issues

If not I would suggest possibly moving onto the next hands-on exercise. But just go over the steps, to make sure your linkages are correct (e.g. MINCOA is an input for PWRCOA) and that data input is right (e.g input and output activity ratio).

If we cannot resolve the issue here by next week, on Tuesday there is troubleshooting 3-4pm GMT.
