Cluster Excluded from Hashing Process

Hello OnSSET community,

I’m working on determining the effects of agriculture as a productive use for electricity in Ethiopia. As such, I‘m using the Agridemand term in OnSSET.

I’ve noticed that without Agridemand (normal OnSSET), some clusters get grid access by 2030. However, once I add Agridemand to the input, some of these clusters are no longer grid connected. For example, in the first run without Agridemand, cluster X had GridLCOE = $0.305/kWh but in the second run WITH Agridemand, cluster X has GridLCOE = 99. According to Korkovelos et al., 2019 (Malawi), that means the cluster was excluded from the hashing process.

Why would cluster X be excluded from the hashing process, especially since it is the other clusters that have a non-zero Agridemand and not cluster X?

Any help or direction would be much appreciated. Thank you very much.
