Dear team, I am finding issues finding my MUIO models that I had saved earlier. I restarted my laptop, but all the OseHO models I had created are no more. I had moved up to OseHO&. Can anyone help?

Hi @whedson. Those model files should still be in MUIO, even after you restart your laptop, but sometimes strange saving issues have occured. Which version of MUIO are you working with?
One useful piece of advice we try to tell everyone, is always back up your models to your computer/one drive/hard drive, then if you lose them, you have a backup saved.

Okay thanks, I was just going to say you can carry your files forward to new versions of MUIO but not backwards to older versions.
Have you had any luck yet? It seems to me like it could be an issue with your laptop rather than MUIO.
