I am having issue understanding the data input table for hands on 11 activity 3-4, the second table on each scenario, its a bit confusing, could you explain where to input these commodity data?

If you follow the table on the column “Mode,” you will see 7 modes of operations, which correspond to the technology LNGAGR001. For each mode of operation, the sum of the inputs should be equal to the sum of the outputs. For example, in the mode of operation 1 (maize, rain-fed) takes as input 1.4 from the commodity WTRPRC (water from precipitation). According to a water balance, the output should be 0.47 (evapotranspiration), 0.09 (groundwater) and 0.84(surface water). Adding everything up: 1.4 = 0.47 + 0.09 + 0.84
However, when irrigating crops, they take another input AGRWAT besides WTRPRC, as you will see in modes 3 and 4. For example, in the mode of operation 3: 1.0 (WTRPRC) + 0.5 (AGRWAT) = 0.5 + 0.10 + 0.90
