Hi Israel,
I can see that YearSplit is not entered: in the file that you shared, it is 1 in all the timeslices. That may be the reason. Check it and let us know.
I can also see a couple of parameters that I do not remember to be in the material (but I may be missing some latest updates): you have a few GW of residual capacity for coal and gas from the second year on; that seems not correct; you also have a very high value for the emission activity ratio: which units are you using? is it a parameter added in hands on 3 or 5?

Many thanks for your support. As you said, the mistake was with the year split input. I should have removed the scenario data as my earlier input on the year split was as the picture attached to this email.
Regarding the other inputs, I have not changed the default settings since installing Osomosys. On the emission activity ratio, the unit was set to Mton/PJ.
